A note from the author

A space to pause.
A way to understand.

This workbook series grew very naturally from my work with teenagers, adults and families. Over the years, I found myself returning again and again to certain worksheets, reflection exercises, questions and practical tools during private sessions, because they helped people slow down, notice what was happening within them, and work through difficult emotions in a more structured way.

I eventually began bringing many of those tools together into books.

They are practical, guided resources created to be used, written in, reflected on, returned to, and worked through at your own pace.
